What we do
- Platform report: with the exact reason from their policies (spam, non-customer, conflict of interest, illegal content) and the evidence that proves it.
- DSA escalation: the Digital Services Act (EU) 2022/2065 obliges platforms to process notices of illegal content and justify their decision. It is the lever most services do not use.
- Administrative path: claims to your national data protection authority when the review contains personal data (rectification and erasure, GDPR).
- Legal path: with partner law firms: out-of-court demand to the author, civil action for honor/reputation infringement under your country's civil law, or a criminal complaint for defamation where criminal law applies.
- Professional response: for whatever remains visible, written so the reader sees your side with seriousness.
What we never do
- We do not buy reviews: or create fake positive opinions. It is illegal (unfair competition), against every platform's policies and can get your profile suspended.
- We do not guarantee removals: Nobody can. We tell you the real probability before starting and work as far as the route exists.
- We do not use grey tricks: no mass-reporting networks, no fake profiles, no engineering to fool moderators. That discredits your future reports.
- We do not "clean" legitimate reviews: If the review is real, the strategy is different: respond well and generate real positive reviews to dilute it.
The process, step by step
- Free audit: you tell us your case and we analyze your reviews. You receive a diagnosis of what is removable and why.
- Action plan: we propose the plan (removal, monitoring, defense or a combination) with a closed quote.
- Documented execution: every report, notice and communication is logged in a traceability table you can consult.
- Final report: removed reviews, published responses, average rating evolution and recommendations.
Legal framework we use
| Tool | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Digital Services Act (EU) 2022/2065 | Obliges platforms to process illegal-content notices and justify decisions (arts. 16 and 17). |
| GDPR (EU) 2016/679 | Rectification and erasure of false or excessive personal data in reviews (arts. 16 and 17). |
| National civil laws | Civil protection of honor/reputation, privacy and image (defamation); the exact name varies by country. |
| National criminal laws | Criminal defamation and slander where the penal code covers them (e.g. Spain, arts. 205-216). |
| Each platform's policies | Google, Trustpilot, Facebook, TripAdvisor, Booking… each has specific removal reasons. |
Frequently asked questions
How long does removing a fake review take?
It depends on the platform: Google usually resolves in days or weeks; Trustpilot and Facebook can take longer. Legal escalation adds weeks, but it is the route that works when the platform does not act.
What if the review is negative but real?
It is not removed. It is answered professionally and we work to generate real positive reviews to compensate. Trying to delete legitimate opinions wastes time and credibility.
Do you work with my lawyer?
Yes. We prepare all the documentation and evidence so your lawyer (or the partner firm we propose) can act directly.
Which platforms do you cover?
Google Business Profile, Trustpilot, Facebook and Instagram, TripAdvisor, Booking, Amazon, Idealista and practically any platform with reviews.
